This course is designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to handle import/export documentation and manage letters of credit effectively. Participants will learn the procedures associated with international trade compliance, ensuring seamless logistics and accurate documentation. Through a combination of case studies, hands-on exercises, and group discussions, participants will gain insights into the preparation and administration of shipping documents, customs clearance, and compliance with trade regulations.

  • Facilitate the preparation of LC checklists, ensuring all necessary documentation is addressed.

  • Apply analysis on INCOTERMS to determine the cost, risk, customs clearance, and goods and services taxes required for international trade compliance
  • Understand the TradeNet administration process and requirements to effectively facilitate the declaration of correct permit types
