The Provide GEMS and Project Professional Image module will equip the learners to apply different techniques to serve the diverse customer mix including the tech savvy who vary from to cultural traits to needs expectation. They are able to project a contemporary professional image which is tech savvy and interact on the same wavelength with customers and going the extra mile by offering solutions that are up to date and lead to perceived instant or imminent gratifications. Able to apply principles of effective communication when serving and interacting with customers to offer solutions or alternative beyond customer expectations.
Content / Structure
- Understand the service mindset to go the extra mile for service excellence
- Build a professional image that creates positive experience in customer interaction
- Suggest improvements in customer experience with service innovation initiatives

Assessment & Certificate 
Upon successful completion, participant will receive a SSG Statement of Attainment.. 
Who Should Attend
Customer-facing staff, Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Officers, Store Advisors and Service Crew who are keen to raise personal service standards and enhance career progression opportunities.
