This unit addresses the skills and knowledge to coach individuals for service performance, and required to manage a diverse service environment. It includes the use of coaching techniques to close service gaps and monitor the progress of individuals for improvements in service performance. It also involves promoting inclusiveness, building team cohesion and managing diversity challenges and opportunities that may have implications on service delivery.
Content / Structure
-Recognise the role of a coach in coaching for service performance and prepare coaching plan for individuals to address service performance
-Demonstrate the use of coaching techniques to address service performance issues and Monitor progress of individual for improvements in service performance
-Manage challenges and opportunities relating to diversity that have implications on service delivery
Assessment & Certificate
Upon successful completion, participant will receive a SSG Statement of Attainment..
