This two-day workshop equips one with the necessary skills and knowledge needed in face of diversity. These include acknowledging the importance of inclusiveness, demonstrating the use of emotional intelligence and resilience when dealing with diversity. Learners will be able to monitor one’s action while implementing the above.
Content / Structure
-Recognise the importance of inclusiveness in a diverse service environment.
-Apply of emotional intelligence when interacting with team members and customers;
-Demonstrate resilience when faced with challenges in a diverse environment;
-Monitoring own actions when handling with diversity.

Assessment & Certificate 
Upon successful completion, participant will receive a SSG Statement of Attainment.. 
Who Should Attend
Customer-facing staff, Customer Service Representatives, Call Center Officers, Store Advisors and Service Crew who are keen to raise personal service standards and enhance career progression opportunities.
