Introduction
*Fully taught by trainers from Ngee Ann Polytechnic*
This course provides participants with an understanding of the fundamental financial management principles, tools and applications. Participants will gain a clear knowledge and understanding of the value of a firm/project's returns and performance and learn how to interpret and analyse the financial statements and some essential financial ratios.

♦ Basic Interpretation of Financial Statements
 
♦ Measuring Financial Performance
-  Concept of Breakeven Analysis
-  Key Financial Ratio Analysis
 
♦ Common Sources of Financing
-  Five "Cs" of Credit Analysis
-  Common Loan Restrictions
 
♦ SPRING Singapore's Financing Schemes for SMEs

Assessment and Certificate
Participants who fulfill at least 75% attendance for the whole course will be awarded Certificate of Attendance. There is no assessment for this course.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Highly recommended for project engineers, executives, managers and progessionals who are involved in financial management or decision making but do not possess a strong background in accounting.
